Luke Molyneux claimed the man of the match award in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy triumph against Nottingham Forest U21.
Molyneux opened the scoring with a stunning strike from the corner of the box, sending Rovers on their way to a 3-0 win which secured a place in the last 16 of the competition.
And the winger took 37 per cent of the votes in a poll of supporters for the man of the match.
Fellow goalscorer Kyle Hurst finished second with 17 per cent of the vote while Owen Bailey was third with 15 per cent.
