Richie Wellens spoke to the media ahead of Saturday’s game against MK Dons in Sky Bet League One.
Rovers are looking to make it three home games unbeaten at the Keepmoat Stadium.
On needing everyone to stick together:
“Quality is a very small part of football, if you’ve got the fighting spirit then that will take you further in the game.
“We need the fans to continue supporting us and stick with us, things can change quickly in football.
“I’ve learnt a lot about my group this week so the challenge now is to take those lessons into Saturday.”
On forward planning:
“I’m looking at it now in a 15 game block, and we know how many points we need to get from those.
“We have to plan further than the next game, even if we were to win the game comfortably we would still have problems to solve.
“MK Dons are a very good technical side, they changed manager late in pre-season but that hasn’t effected them too much.”
