The Stadium itself is a hive of activity every day of the week, and we are looking for customer focused and friendly people to support us making our events the best that they can be, whether this be via a front desk assistant in our box office, supporting the operations of our Sunday Market, or supporting sports events in a steward and customer service capacity.
Our match days run mainly on a Saturday or Sunday and some evenings over the course of the season, we are looking for people who enjoy helping others and supporting the safety and operations of the stadium. This key role will include being the first face a customer would see when entering the car park to the operation of exit gates and even supporting a first-time fan when entering the stadium.
Our community football facility is open seven days a week, and our customer service roles include customer service duties and being the welcoming face for customers using the stadium facilities during the evening. The role is flexible and based on evening and weekend availability.
Our car boot and Sunday Market roles involve supporting the front facing operation of an event on a Sunday, supporting customers and traders, directing car parking and assisting with general duties until the market closes early in the afternoon.
