An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to fulfill the role as a full-time physiotherapist, working primarily with Doncaster Rovers' senior team. This role will sit within the football operations department and see the successful candidate play a key part in the senior backroom team, providing advice and guidance on medical issues, including player availability.

There will also be an opportunity to mentor wider club medical staff already in place in other areas of the business, in areas such as CPD and as a sounding board for departmental growth. The main of this role however will involve spending a significant time with the senior football male team.

We are looking for an experienced and chartered registered candidate, who has experience within the professional football environment, and able to demonstrate their understanding in assessing, rehabilitating and dealing with the medical needs of our players at all times. The ATMMIF qualification or the desire to undertake this qualification is an essential part of the role, as you will be the first port of call for any injuries occurring during games.

Core hours will be in line with the professional squads' training calendar. However, the successful candidate should be available for evening and weekend work where this is required as dictated by the match schedules. 

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with players, staff and senior management staff.
