An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to fulfil the role as Doncaster Rovers Football Club Academy manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuing to grow the excellent reputation for staff and player development.
The Academy operates at Category Three status, alongside the senior team within Sky Bet League Two of the EFL.
Within many areas the Academy has consistently exceeded these standards, and the opportunity for the right candidate to continue to drive the development of our youth players positively forward is an exciting prospect. The successful applicant will need to deliver and implement the strategic plan for the Academy and provide leadership to all staff, players and other stakeholders.
Reporting to members of the senior executive board, the Academy manager’s objectives are to drive the vision of the Academy through strategic planning, operational management and good leadership of people, and to provide leadership to all areas of the Academy so that it is able to deliver well-rounded footballers into the professional game.
